Hi, I'm wondering if anyone can advise how I can arrange for an engineer to movey sky cable to enable me to move our TV from one side of our living room to the other??

You don't need an engineer unless you really want the cables moved externally
You can get extension kits from a few sources.

Hi, I need help moving the external cable from front of house to garage area so extension cable is no good for this unfortunately. Please help?!

In which case you will need to arrange a visit - I am not 100% certain but I think that the team that supports these groups can assist you if not they will point you in the right direction

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP adress' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
