Hayu Sky Signature

I have Sky Signature but when I try to watch Hayu on demand it says I need to subscribe. I got an email from Sky to say I could access Hayu but I do seem to be able to manage it! Any help gratefully accepted.

@roiseaine  the free entitlement is via on demand section via your sky hardware not the hayu app

Have you HD add on subscription as if you do not and trying to access that format  you will get that message.

Hi, you know when I chose the standard definition it worked, thank you for taking the time to reply.
