Having spoken to your tech team we are still having problems with our tv reception

We spent over 1/2 hour speaking to your tech team to fix the pixelating on our tv but it has not worked. We have gone through the same process several times but it is still the same.

Sorry, but you are not talking to Sky in this forum, this is a customer helps customer forum.

 

The one thing that you would not have been able to check is your dish alignement.  If this is even slightly out of line with the satellite you will need an engineer to come out and check / re-align it.

I am just another Sky customer!
