Network Connection Issue

We have network connection probelms with our multi-room boxes. Sky couldn't assist last night, despite network connection re-sets etc.

 

However, during re-set the network connection on the main TV/sky q box kept dropping out so i'm guessing this is causing issues with the multi room boxes. 

 

Is this a SkyQ box issue or is it an issue with our wifi (which is with BT) - does anyone know or experienced previously ?

Hi @Rob1471 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, do the same with any Mini boxes?

Thanks Quoman7. I think we have already gone through that process but will give that another try later as you have suggested.
