Having problems with apps i cant play anything on them

I have used itvx   Netflix and amazon before on sky however today I get their menus up pick a program and it states there is an error can't play it.  If this was on app I say could be app but all 3 seems weird. I have tried refreshing my apps still the same I am checking for software download for update. But its got to be something to do with the sky box, it's connected to the Internet and was working fine earlier today .  Can watch BBC iplayer and you tube so I don't get it

Looks like the SkyQ box loses DRM rights to apps that require it - Netflox, Paramount, Prime etc.  But trailers work as they aren't DRm restricted.  Just a guess on my part based on one error I saw - no confirmation or fixes yet.
