Q mini box gets frozen intermittently

Our Sky Mini box get frozen intermittently. Regardless of the channel - picture freezes for 3-5 seconds and then Ok For a few seconds and freezes again. 
An year ago Sky moved around boosters etc and made it work. Same problem 6 months back and mini box was connected directly to the router. It was ok for a few months and now again. 
Anyone having similar issues?

Hi there, are you able to move the boosters around a bit to see if you can get a connection again?

Thanks. Spoke with Sky and restring  shutting down the WIFI router got it to work
