Have problem with my HDMI cable not working

Keep getting message saying to change HDMI cable but have done this several times & still nothing happens

I've never seen a message from a Sky box asking for an HDMI cable to be changed. Are you sure it's not a TV-generated message? Do you have any other devices attached to your TV via HDMI?

Hi @eeyore65 

Are you sure this isn't a message from your TV Set telling you to change the HDMI input.

Yes it's from sky, I've try the HDMI cable in another device & it works fine plus I've tried another HDMI cable & comes up with same message

The screen says

This screen does not support HDCP.

Try reconnecting your HDMI cable, or use a different screen

It's happened before but it righted itself & my picture came back on

OK @eeyore65 

This is more an issue with your Television set and not Sky.  
Try rebooting your Television (not your Q box).

Disconnect the power lead to your television and wait 30 secs before reconnecting and powering the Television back on.
