Not able to activate Disney+ through skyq since Friday what is the issue and why can't it be fixed
I keep getting a technical error notification saying that they are still trying to fix it
I only wanted it for my granddaughter so she can watch Bear in the Big Blue House

I have had issues with the website in the past & when this happens it can be best to call.
If you are only after it for a short period you may be better signing up directly with Disney + as you can cancel online - if you take out with SKY then you will need to call to cancel
Also, you may also need (or just want) to be aware that from today direct subscriptions with Disney + are now tiered having a new cheaper 'With Ads' tier - although I am not aware of any changes for those subscribing through SKY
If you do sign up through Disney + (or on SKY ) you can use any device including the SKY Q app - although we generally recommend using the TV's own apps if they have one
