We've an issue with our hard drive and have ordered a new box. DPD were due to deliver it yesterday but we've had radio silence from them and they say it's on it's way back to sky. There seems to be no way of raising this issue online. Has anyone else had any success in speaking to someone about this now that the live chat has gone?
