Hard disc faulty, have had to complete two hard resets in past 5 days replace with new Sky Q box

If you have tried all mentioned in the Sky article below for recording and hard drive issues, you can order a replacement Sky Q box online from the link in the help article;
Make sure when you handover your faulty Sky Q box to the courier with the replacement that you remove your Sky viewing card from your faulty box.
You will need this to place in your replacement box.
