Minibox problem

My minibox isn't working. 
the main sky Q box had no network connection but I solved this issue by following instructions online. 
now the mini box isn't even switching on. It's just displaying a red light

@Kerry+KeefeThe red light on the front is actually a button, press it and see if it comes on.  If not turn it off at the mains and reboot the mini box.
