You need to explain what you can and can't do using the Sky mini box remote. If your Sky Q remote is definitely broken/faulty , if you follow this link it should allow you to do some troubleshooting and then send you to a form to request a replacement (this is not available for ROI customers).

It’s sometimes a bit quicker to purchase a new one from a retailer / main supermarket.
