The colour isn't really relevant, they probably just used different colours (in a flat I assume?) to differentiate terrestrial from satellite or cable incoming signals. It's what they're connected to at the other end that matters.

If you have SkyQ, you should have contacted the house move team at Sky to get you the right hardware needed at the new property (and move over your billing etc details) - I would contact them now.
