HDR Netflix

I cannot watch anything on Netflix in HDR. It's constantly freezing. Any idea how to fix this issue

The box freezes? Can you exit the app when this happens?

Yes i have to keep pressing start again for it to carry on. It seems like the speed of the internet is the issue.

But a speed test shows 150 meg  so I don't think it's this.

Box is set to 2160p / 10bit, presumably?

Maybe try an app refresh in the installer menu

 

what version of box is it?

They all look the same except the v1 2TB had a silver edging (and didn't do HDR) so it's not one of those.. It tells you in the system info in the menu.

 

v2 has an external power brick. V3 does not.
