Trouble connecting to sky q mini box

 ever since I've changed my internet provider from Sky to another company I've had endless problems with this. We have routers, boosters all of the house and still this happens. Honestly exhausted with paying soo much money monthly to only be able to watch Sky on one tv (we are paying for 1 main box and 2 minis)  we have a old house with super thick walls, but our internet is ridiculously fast and we get great download and uploads speeds so it's not the internet. What am I missing? Someone please help before I go mad!!

Unless it's a Q booster, they are not being used. The mini has to connect direct to the Q and if it's too far, this happens. 

I would try powerline adapters.
