Please may I ask what specifically you were trying to watch and how you were accesing it -(e.g. download) and what message are you getting ?
May I check that you are not trying to download /watch a film in UHD without having the UHD add on ?

Hi thanks for your response. I am trying to watch various programs/series etc that are saying they are in HD however when I press play, it tells me I am not able to watch without updating my plan

@H2619 have you got the HD add-on as part of your subscription?
Whilst this is included for sports channels, you need the add-on for other sky channels

I don't have sports but was told HD came as standard with sky cinema

@H2619 I have sports and get HD sports channels FOC.
However other sky channeare not available in HD, including bizarrely SkySp Mix which sky don't class as a sports channel despite it being listed under Sport in the EPG.

So only the films are HD on my package then? Not all other programs?

@H2619 Generally yes - you need the HD add on for entertainment channels ( a few free to air channels e.g. BBC are free in HD - BTW Channel 5 is odd that you can watch in HD for free but must have the HD add on to download & watch in HD)

Sky Movies includes HD only for those channels. You need the base HD add-on for many other channels.
