Green screen on Sky Q

My Sky Q box has been removed from my account and I now have a green screen when switching the box on. There is no message or menu to access anything but it was working fine this morning.

Sky have deleted it from my account rather than update the package. The tv and WiFi are working ok so I don't know what they've done this time!!!
