Sky box keeps losing connection to wifi

Sky box loses the Wi-Fi even though they are only a few feet from each other. Wi-Fi is great for everything else (PC and tablet). Keeps entering Wi-Fi password but it trips off after a couple of minutes. Done numerous resets ..... Any ideas

Can you run an Ethernet cable?

My SkyQ box loses picture at least once a night when I'm watching Netflix or Prime. The only way I can get the program back is to go to Sky menu and ask for Netflix again. Some sort of software bug in the SkyQ box?
