Hi
I currently have sky Q but I am moving in a couple of weeks and the house is a grade 2 listed building which means I am unable to have a satellite dish on the house and it's rented. Do you know if sky would let me change to the sky glass even if I am in contract. I have happy to pay the same monthly and I current have an extra box as well

note all Q hardware needs to be returned
it may work out cheaper in the long run but no guarantee

You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.

Unless you're in need of a sub standard TV then Sky Stream is what you want rather than Glass. Stream connects to your existing TV.
