Getting paramount + working

I have sky cinema so should get paramount + but when I use my camera to on the QR code on the paramount app and click on the website page it gives me it always says, it looks like you tried to visit this page too quickly. No matter how many time I refresh the page this is always the outcome.

Have you tried clearing all cookies and history on the device you are using to access the internet?
