Full fibre installation

I have just had full fibre installed today but so far I can't get catch-up? Does it take time for it to kick in ?

Hi @Hancock   Did you get a new Router, and have you reconnected your Sky Q box to it?

I have tried but it's not working or I am doing it wrong.

Re: Full fibre installation

Yes but I don't have a reset button. The system searches but it doesn't not find connection. I now have new WiFi name and password does that have anything to do with it?

Hi @Hancock   Absolutely, you need to carefully follow the instructions to get connected. Which router do you have ? Are there any other complications like boosters and mini boxes?

Hi @Hancock   With hindsight, it would have been a better idea to rename your WiFi name and password to the old WiFi name and password. Then everything would have worked as before.
