You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is a forum where customers try to help other customers. We don't know when your visit is going to be. What is wrong with your Sky Q box?

It's a blank screen when I turn sky on

Have you checked the HDMI cable is fully connected to both the Q box and your TV? Have  you selected the appropriate HDMI input on your TV? Have you tried rebooting the Q box? Turn it off at the wall for a minute then power it back on.
