Fitting skyq
Sky engineer coming today to fit sky q...was told a viewing card would be sent to me to give the engineer in order he could complete job....no card has arrived

post delivery is terrible here, was an upgrade from sky+hd to Q and no viewing card arrived after 2 weeks from order, so went to the sorting office to get it.
not to worry you but the sky engineer said he doesnt carry spares and couldnt have set up the q box with no viewing card

Engineer fitted sky q and used card from my sky +box all good,did not have a reply from sky as to where my new card was.....also engineer said I was to be given one month of sky cinema free,,not happened,

Note, if you do get SKy Cinema for a month for free then you probably need to cancel it as soon at it starts,if you don't want it to continue and be charged - it requires a 31 notice period.

It should have been applied but remember that if you don't want to continue with it you need to contact Sky and give 31 days notice to cancel otherwise you'll be charged for it. Realistically you'd need to cancel it on the day it started to not be charged anything.
