Netflix Pixelating / Green Patches

Netflix app when accessed via Sky Q box is pixelating and getting green patches on the screen. 

This has happened previously last year but cleared up, now it's back! 

Does anyone know if this is an known issue?

Sorry forgot to add...

I have tested Netflix on phones / iPads / Sky mini boxes , all on the same network and it works without issue. 

So, it's only the Sky Q 2tb that's impacted.
