Finding sky q box
ERROR MR104
have tried to reset Sky q and nothing working. All boxes in the house are now not working

@LAURAAFFLECK05 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
then reboot any mini boxes you may have
