Faulty sky cable

My connection cable that goes from my tv into my sky Q box is faulty. I've tried moving it around and pulling it in and out. The tv comes on for a few seconds then goes off again. It's a black cable with a pink end and says sky on it

@Courtnief  Thats a HDMI cable which you can purchase easily from some well known electrical retailers, Sky won't send you one.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
