Check the following link and it will lead to a form for a replacement remote.

In the meantime if you have an Apple or Android device with Sky Go you can set up a virtual remote to control your Q boxes.

Over the bank holiday period it may be quicker to purchase a new remote from a retailer / larger supermarket. If you do that as well as the above you’ll have a spare.
