Sky TV will not recognize my Broadband Password

We have changed our Broasband to BT and our TVSkyQ  will not reconize our password

It is quite easy when entering a password to get a 0 and O and a 1 and l the wrong way round so are you sure you are not doing this.

You could have changed your SSID and password on the new router to be the same as your old one, then you wouldn't have to change any settings on your devices.
