Fan on the sky q box keeps running

The Fan keeps running on the sky q box and I'm unable to watch anything until I unplug it and it's had time to reset. I'm out of contract so if this can't be fixed I'll just cancel.

@JJC97 if the fan is constantly running it would suggest either your box is getting too hot so is your box in an open area with nothing st\cked on top or underneath it 

or

your box has a problem and may need replacing

If your box is in an enclosedarea or has anything stacked on top of it try putting it in a a open space or taking anything that is stacked on it off of it 

If you think your box is just malfunctioning you will need to contact Sky
