Extender not lit up

I have sky q and mini box plus extender to help support the mini getting signal from one end of house to the other.
mini box won't work - have tried all resets etc and main box says all connected.
The extender box used to have 3 lights on but now only two. Have reset this switched it on and off but still nothing.

had enough of this - sky need to get people out to sort these things out. Joe Public doesn't know what they are doing!!! Been paying for the extra box and not able to use it for weeks now (says it's not connected!)

HELP!

Re: Extender not lit up

Hold down the reset button on the back of the booster for around 10 secs, or until the power light flashes green three times. When 2 green lights are illuminated again press and hold the wps button until it flashes amber. Go straight to the router and do the same with the hubs wps button. It should change from flashing amber to solid green if it successfully begins to connect.

Hopefully it's still performed the hard reset we are
aiming to achieve, so it's worth another attempt at connecting over wps at this stage if you haven't already.

Re: Extender not lit up

So now press the wps on the extender first or the router?

Re: Extender not lit up

It doesn't really matter. Personally I like to press the wps first on the device I'm trying to connect (ie. booster), but it should work in either order.

Re: Extender not lit up

I've got this same issue, I've run through the steps above, I have two boosters, one works fine, the other doesn't have a connection light. I've tried multiple solutions and none seem to work,
