Error message - Please check your subscripiton entitles you...

Hello, so I recently upgraded to Sky Q with multiroom and the day the engineer came out the Sky Q mini-box was working fine but the day afterwards it's been giving me this same error message "Please check your subscription entitles you to view this channel on this box. Otherwise, if you're using this box for the first time, please wait a few minutes." The main box is working all fine, it's only the mini-box giving me this error message

I have seen a few help pages related to this one and have tried everything myself to get this working again. I have tried resetting the mini-box, I have reset the main box, there shouldn't be an internet issue as the main box is working fine and other devices on the internet are working fine, I have also done a network reset on the mini-box, there is also no error messages or issues under the "status" section of Sky Q. I have tried refreshing the viewing card, I have also tried re-activating the mini-box on both the mini-box itself and the main box. I have checked my Sky products page to make absolutely sure the correct products are on there and everything is in order
We've had Sky Q since thursday and the mini-box has stopped working since Friday night

If anybody knows anything else I can try to get this to work would be great.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

We have reported our problem many times and yes, it needs escalating.  We had sky installed last Thursday, with a sky mini installed in our sons room. His mini box worked for 24hrs, then completely stopped snd getting an error msg along the lines of are you sure you are subscribed
