I keep getting an error code on Netflix error code - tvq-pb-101(5.6.1) i have contacted Netflix and they say its an issue at sky's end. I never had this problem till I went though sky for Netflix! Also it works on every other device except my main sky q box.
I'm also receiving an error message on paramount + error code -3304 I have never had this before I have done the troubleshooting advised on the sky page to no avail and its getting tedious now!
I have been with sky 13 years and if this problem isn't sorted out I will consider leaving!

I keep getting the the same error code, do all the recommendations power off then back on. Still occurs, spoke the sky, went through network reset, told I would be called back the following day to check if error has cleared. Did not get the call back so tried calling again then got a link to this forum.
Next thing. I will be requesting a replacement Q box, cannot keep powering the box off. Been with Sky over 23 years
