I am getting this error message every time I use the red button to view a football match on Sky Q. How do I fix it? Worked fine before the upgrade and I have not changed my TV set

hi @oldfella - I upgraded from Sky Plus to Sky Q and the red button no longer worked

Check in Home - Settings - Setup - Preferences.
If you have it set to Record 6 try changing it to Record 5.
This setting does affect Split Screen options
