We have not received anything in the post to return the equipment

We have down graded our package and need to send the multi box back but we have not received any return goods packaging through the post so we cannot return the equipment

If you don't then you'll be charged as per the contract.

 

You can use your own boxes: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-or-recycle-sky-equipment

If you’ve successfully cancelled your subscription Sky should send out returns packaging near the end of the cancellation period, [31 days for Sky Q box(es)], to the address that the subscription was registered at.
