Error Code MY SKY 2010

I am getting this Error code what does it mean please MY SKY 2010

I'd have thought if Sky thought a change of box would rectify the issue they'd have suggested it when you/your father rang them. Your removed posts suggested you father was going to tell Sky he'd broken it as opposed to it being faulty. By all means call again and explain.

We are customers here so can't always reply instantly. No need to repeat your posts. I'm sure this error code has cropped up on the boards before in connection to Paramount Plus. Have you rung Sky about it already?

Although the example I found was for Sky Glass, Sky do seem to be aware of it (albeit nearly a year ago). You'll need to persist in asking Sky.

Falsely reporting something like that can get the account holder in heaps of trouble.
