Engineer visit required
My Sky Q service breaks up after 30 seconds on BBC1 and BBC2. All other channelsdon't work at all and say, "No satelite signal." Your engineer was here on Thursday 13November. He seemed to have fixed it but just after he left, the problem came back. I need another engineer visit. He said that I need someone who can go into the roof void and fix a switch there.

Re: Engineer visit required
Sky engineers do not go into roof spaces. Their Health & Safety policies forbid it.

If there's a distribution switch in the system then that's outside the remit of Sky support staff anyway: they neither install or maintain such equipment.
