Neighbours trying to access our tv

We have just had a message come up on our tv to say our neighbours are trying to access our tv ? How can we stop this please ?

That's got nothing to do with Sky.

They must be trying to cast something to your TV via Airplay or Chromecast. There should be a setting somewhere on your TV which only allows devices connected to the same network to cast.

I'm not aware of that being a message generated through your Sky Q box. Perhaps submit an image of the message which will become visible to all once moderated.

Hi it said allow or deny. So not there now, top right hand corner of the tv two boxes appeared.

Yeah, that's nothing to do with your Sky service, it's to do with your smart TV. You need to go into the settings of the TV using your TV remote (not the Sky remote) and look for network settings or any settings relating to casting. You need to make sure it will only allow connections from devices connected to the same network the TV is connected to (ie your own broadband connection).
