Drop in connectivity on TV’s attached to the Mini boxes

  • Hello, the connectivity on the TV's attached to our two mini boxes keeps dropping off, and then coming back on within a 2-5 minutes.... but it's really infuriating, especially when you're trying to watch a live programme - although it is also happening when watching a recorded / downloaded programme.
     However, the main TV attached to the master Sky Q box seems perfectly OK. 
    Is it possible for an engineer to call me to explain what might be the cause, or to check things your end ?

 We have gone through the scenarios of turning off the main SKY Q box, and reactivating the mini boxes, but it still keeps happening.
