Downloading PSN or Xbox Causes Sky Mini to Stutter / No Signal

Hello,

Have Sky Q and an ethernet connected Sky Mini and seperate 1 Gig Virgin internet

Downloading a game from either Playstation or Xbox stores causes the mini to stop receiving a picture or its all broken up / stuttering.

It's just the mini. I can use the laptop or the desktop PC at the same time downloading a game and no internet outage or slow loading of pages etc.

I've been into the router settings (a seperate Netgear model) and there is no IP address conflict.

Any ideas?
