I have no sound on my Q Box

I've just moved some furniture around and now my Q Box has no sound

The most likely explanation would be the TV is muted or volume has been decreased to 0.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Tried mute/unmute volume up high - still no sound though 🙁

also rebooted sky box (twice)

Have you tried rebooting your TV set not just the Q box?
