Why does my Sky Q box keep loosing signal? It also switches off when TV is turned off,

It's been happening for about 5 weeks, no equipment changed

If it's losing satellite signal then you need to book an engineer to come and check alignment of your dish. It's possible that something has become dislodged.

The main TV works great never looses signal, so dish is good I assume?
