Download Failed, no sudscription.

I've tried asking SKY who said re-pair the card and it will be fine but does not work.  When I try and download a program I get "Failed, no subscription.  I have a full UHD subscription, but can't download. If I go onto Prime or Netflix all works fine.  Just sky products.  Any ideas?

I have spoken to two members of telephone support, all saying it will be fixed by re-pairing the card. Guess what. Still not working, I was then told it can take up to 4 hours to work, so they would call me back, today between 6pm and 7pm to check it working. Guess what they didn't call back and it's still not working. Getting very frustrating. Can you cancel a contract while still in contract if they are not suppling what you are paying for?  The amount I'm charged I would expect it to work.
