Hey does anybody no why I can't download stuff I have the channels but it's not letting me download stuff I missed it's says I need to upgrade my package yet have that package

If you haven't got (and don't wish to add) the HD subscription supplement, it's best to change the default download format to SD:

Press Home on your Sky Q remote and select Settings, then Setup.
Select Preferences, then 'On Demand default download format', and choose SD.
