Do I get a discount on my Bill??

Hello. I have been receiving signal for minimal channels for the last few months, the engineer has been round and said a tree is in the way of the satellite and nothing can be done. How am I I expected to still pay my bill for a service that is not provided?

@Harrys297  A service is being provided, Sky isn't responsible for trees growing (as they will)  You could call Sky to discuss this and cancel or look to get Sky stream.

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Did the engineer not discuss your options when they attended? Hopefully some notes were put on your account after the visit and Sky will know you are having satellite reception issues when you call them to discuss.
