New box request
I spoke to someone last week. They made a note on our account that if we continued to have problems we could get a new box. I would like to request a new box.

If Sky agree to what is described as a doorstep box swap, DPD will deliver your replacement box and take the faulty one away. Remember to remove the viewing card from the faulty box when you disconnect it.
