Sky Q boxes struggle sometimes with apps, they are quite old technology now and really are getting on a bit. If a reboot of your box or an app refresh doesn't help then it's probably best to use the Disney+ app on your smart TV (if you have it) or an a dedicated streaming device like a Firestick.
