Hello, a Sky engineer visited on Sunday to fix my broken dish. His ladder wasn't long enough and he said the specialist access team would have to come and fix it. He said he'd arrange an appointment. I received a text to say I should wait to hear but I've not heard anything. I called today and was told someone was coming today but they couldn't tell me when. I've not received an email or text confirming this. There's nothing on my online account saying someone will be coming today. Was the person I spoke with correct or not?
