Disney plus switching itself off

Hi, We have sky Q and fibre broadband and every now and then when watching Disney plus, it switches itself off, giving just a black screen. Restarting the box doesn't seem to be the trick as we have tried and it would still do the same shortly after. We've also done updates. Running out of ideas
