My SkyQ box won’t start, we have an alternate red / orange flashing light

Broadband is great. For some reason sky won't launch at all. We just have an alternate red / orange flashing lights on the box and an updating software step 1 of 2 on the screen. Wisdom requested!!

@SJC007 not sure what you have tried but try unplugging the box for 20 minutes then plugging it back in
