Just paid £79.99 for a year of Disney + and I can't get it work on Sky Q. I've refreshed the apps, downloaded os, switch off and on again and nothing. It asks for email and password then something went wrong, try again later. Error code 83. Been trying for over 24 hours now and not getting any joy. Any help would be massively appreciated.

Apparently this is quite common. The reason you get this code is, to quote, "Disney Plus’ Error Code 83 means that Disney thinks you are using an incompatible device". The solution is a number of possibilities, if you check on the internet under Disney+ error code 83 it will give you things to try or if no one else on hear can give better advice ring Sky and ask them. I hope you fix it quickly.
